Refund policy
Return due to quality issues: If the product has quality issues or does not match the description, you can apply for a return or exchange within 14 days after signing for it.
Return process:
1. Online application: Log in to the glasspipe store, enter "My Order" to select the product to be returned, fill in the reason for return and upload the voucher (if there is a quality problem, photos/videos are required)
2. Review and pickup: After the store passes the review, the buyer will send it back by himself (the freight must be paid in advance, and quality problems can be reimbursed by contacting customer service)
3. Refund processing: After the product is sent back and accepted, the refund will be returned within 5-10 working days (credit card/debit card, etc.), and the return of goods will be paid by PayPal wallet.
